We’re beyond excited to be hosting our first yoga retreat back on the land where our story began.

Returning to the place where we first crossed paths, to bring what we’ve spent the last couple of years creating together feels deeply meaningful, grounding, and just so right.

This retreat is more than a getaway; it’s a homecoming, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

About Fingal House

Nestled on the Mornington Peninsula, Fingal House is a private sanctuary surrounded by rolling countryside, coastal air, and wide open skies. I’m so pleased we found a venue that ticks all the boxes - accessible, close to the ocean, with a beautiful shala, swimming pool and infrared sauna.

The home blends rustic charm with a modern touch, it’s been thoughtfully designed for comfort, connection, and calm. The single beds are all luxury king singles and truly everything about this house invites you to slow down + settle in.

With the ocean nearby and nature all around, Fingal House offers the perfect backdrop for a weekend of grounding, reflection, and reconnection - with yourself, with others, and with the land beneath your feet.

The Weekend Plan

Friday:

  • 3pm — Check in

  • 4pm — Slow Flow Yoga

  • 5.30pm — Relax, Unwind, Chill out

  • 7pm — Dinner is Served

Saturday:

  • 7.30am — Morning Energising Vinyasa Practice

  • 9am — Breakfast Spread

  • 11am — Beach Walk

  • 1pm — Lunch is Served

  • 3pm — Time to Chill (swim, sauna, read, write, nap…)

  • 7pm — Dinner is Served

  • 8.30pm — Candlelit Sleepy Yin Yoga

Sunday:

  • 7.30am — Morning Meditation

  • 8am — Slow Morning Your Way

  • 9am — Breakfast Spread

    12pm — Energising Vinyasa Practice + Closing Circle

  • 2pm — Lunch is Served

  • 4pm — Check Out

All activities on this itinerary are optional.

Meet Your Hosts

Christie Knight & Andy Frantzeskos

My partner Andy and I met years ago living in Melbourne working in the world of hospitality. We immediately clicked through our shared love of the same passions: food, deep conversation, and connection. We’ve been on a journey the last 7 years of sharing these passions with the world and retreats brings everything we love together.

For the last few years, Andy has been Head Chef at ROVI - one of Ottolenghi’s flagship restaurants in London. Working with seasonal produce, Andy’s food is all about big flavours.

I might be biased, but his cooking is the best, and I’m honoured to have him co-host with me.
