1: Arrive
Welcome to our first practise of The Winter Season. In this video, you can expect a slow, grounding Yoga flow.
Our aim here is to arrive - to begin that transition from overstimulation to presence.

2: Listen
This time of year is when we should allow ourselves to stop moving long enough to hear what’s really going on inside.
This practice will help you quiet the noise, calm your busy mind, and tune into a slower natural rhythm. We’ll find that stillness together, through a mix of breathwork and guided meditation.

3: Flow
Learning how building the internal heat can support you through the Winter season, when you need to build energy.
Today's practise is about activating warmth without overstimulation, through a steady circular flow with twists and gentle backbends to open your body.

4: Soften
A Winter Yin practise for release and deep nourishment.
As Winter is about the Kidney and Bladder meridian lines in TCM, we’ll be holding shapes to stimulate the fascia around these pathways, encouraging hydration, softness, and a sense of inner spaciousness.

5: Seed
For our last practise, we’re going to plant the seed of everything you’ve cultivated so far.
If you’re new to the practise of Yoga Nidra, I’m excited for you! When I first did my yoga teacher training, this practise of “Yogic sleep” was one I instantly felt gave me so much.
It’s about deep, conscious rest - a state that sits between waking and dreaming where your body restores itself at the deepest level.

Why push through Winter on empty when you can move with the season instead?
Tired of running on empty?
I know that constant exhaustion — no matter how much coffee you drink, it doesn’t shift. Imagine instead waking up with steady energy and ending your day feeling restored, not drained. The Winter Season course is designed to reset your rhythms with grounding yoga, breathwork, and stillness so you can carry energy forward instead of burning out.
Stuck in habits that don’t serve you?
It’s so common to slide back into quick fixes when the days get shorter — scrolling late at night, eating for comfort, or skipping movement. Imagine instead having simple winter-friendly habits that hold you steady. This course gives you short, guided practices that make those shifts easy and sustainable.
Feeling overwhelmed and disconnected?
Winter can leave you isolated or stretched too thin. Imagine instead creating space for deeper connection — to yourself and the people who matter. Through guided journaling, meditation, and restorative flows, this course helps you let go of what’s heavy and define what you truly need.
