MOVE, BREATHE, FEEL
For five years, I worked in the corporate world. I loved the creativity, but as I moved through different roles, I realised something important: the environment I was in no longer reflected who I was or what I believed in. My values, goals, and inner compass were pointing in a completely different direction. So I made the decision to step away, following my intuition towards the practice that has quietly shaped my entire life: yoga.
I began practicing yoga back in school, and even then it helped me become a calmer, more grounded, present version of myself. Over the years, it has guided me through growth, challenges and change. It’s been an unfolding, a continuous journey of returning to myself.
Today, I’m committed to sharing this practice with others, using movement as a means of awareness and presence – an opportunity to return to the body and find realignment. I’m grateful to share this journey with you and I’m so excited for all that’s yet to come.
