MOVE WITH THE SEASONS

Seasonal Yoga is about taking wisdom from the natural world around us.

It’s teachings practice listening to the shifts in energy that are happening as we transition between seasons, then understanding and regulating that same wisdom for our own routines. We are one small part of nature, and it is hugely helpful to shift our habits, schedules, routines and energy in line with seasonal change.

Each Seasonal Yoga course has a free introduction, so you can learn the basics before we dive into the content for each season.

Late Summer

The Late Summer Season is a transitional season, one we often overlook in the West, but in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Late Summer is a season in it’s own right.

It arrives after the height of yang (summer) and before the inward draw of autumn. Energetically, it’s connected to the Earth element - stability, nourishment and center.
